The board of directors meeting of the company held on January 12 decided to revise the proposal.
As per the revised proposal, the company proposed of distributing 6 percent stock and 0.3157 percent cash dividend of its paid-up capital of Rs 800 million.
Previously, the company had proposed of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.3684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
