The companies signed a preliminary agreement on August 31. Currently, Womi Laghubitta has paid-up capital of Rs 411.9 million while Suryodaya Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 248 million.
Both companies have called out AGM to endorse a merger proposals with a swap ratio of 1:1.
