The company is closing its book on January 19 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 28th AGM on February 4 in Premier Bhavan, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14.25 stock and 0.75 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
