The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 11 percent stock and 0.57 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend memorandum and article of association as per requirement of regulatory bodies. Moreover, the meeting will elect 2 directors each from promoter and ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on May 31, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
