The local bourse adjusted the stock price at Rs 263.60 after adjusting 150 percent right shares.
The last trading price of Rs 509 was on July 4.
The company is issuing 150 percent i.e. 10,603,986 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 706.9 million that will reach Rs 1.76 billion after the right shares.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager.
