The company is closing its book on August 10 for its upcoming 27th AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 30 percent stock and 1.5789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
