The appointment agreement was signed by Arjun Prasad Poudel, Chairman of Richet Hydropower and Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital on August 10.
The company has decided to issue 112,223.57 units of shares to locals of the affected area and general public.
