3 Companies Seek SEBON Approval for IPO

Modi Energy, Sonapur Minerals and Oil and Menchiyam Hydropower have sought approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue initial public offering (IPO).

Modi Energy has sought SEBON approval to issue 7,250,000 units of shares worth Rs 725 million on September 16. The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager.

Similarly, Sonapur Minerals and Oil has sought approval to issue 12.3 million units of shares worth Rs 1.23 billion on September 20.  The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.

Likewise, Menchiyam Hydropower has sought approval to issue 1,627,750 units of shares worth Rs 162.7 million. The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital as its issue manager.
