The board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 18 decided to propose 12 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank has proposed of distributing 3 percent stock dividend worth Rs 98.5 million and 9 percent cash dividend worth Rs 394.1 million (including tax) to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
