The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve annual reports, financial statements of the last FY and appoint and auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 13, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
