The stock exchange adjusted the stock price at Rs 461.74 after adjusting 2.2211 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 472 on March 28.
The company is conducting its 10th annual general meeting (AGM) on April 11, Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 2.2211 percent stock and 0.1169 percent cash dividend. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
