The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent i.e. 3,163,000 units of right shares of its paid-up capital.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out tasks related to right shares and amend article and memorandum of association, approve reports on good governance, and elect five promoters, one ordinary and one independent shareholder.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on April 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
