The company has listed the right share agenda for its upcoming special general meeting (SGM).
The company has called out the SGM on May 17 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 40 percent right shares of its paid-up capital of Rs 1.64 billion. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and approve expenses related to corporate social responsibility.
In this regard, the company will close its book on May 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 8 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
