On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 729.73 after adjusting 11 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 810 on April 30.
The company is conducting its AGM on May 13 in Newa Bamboo Cottage, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur at 8 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 11 percent stock and 0.5789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Apart from dividend proposal, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect directors, appoint an independent director and appoint an auditor.
