The company is auctioning 1,094,047.187 units of promoter right shares.
The auction will start on May 2-16.
Any interested individuals, company and institutions can bid for the auctioned shares.
Interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1000 and maximum of all shares divisible by 10 at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager. the bidders can bid from the office of issue manager, head office of Nepal Finance and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branches of Prabhu Bank.
