Previously, the company announced of distributing 34.50 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 9.50 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
After the amendment, the company has proposed of distributing 25 percent stock and 1.31 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The company amended the proposal following a direction from Nepal Insurance Authority.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming AGM.
