The company had issued 195,773 units of FPO from March 2-5. In the issue, a total of 1,780,457 applicants have applied for 21,715,750 units of shares. Out of total applications, 2,664 were cancelled while 1,777,795 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment was taken place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which 19,577 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. Moreover, three applicants were provided additional one unit of shares.
