The company is closing its book on March 20 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 19 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 76th annual general meeting on April 1 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 15 percent stock and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. It will also delegate authority to amend the article and memorandum of association, approve CSR expenses, and appoint an auditor.
