The company has called out 12th AGM on April 9, in Hotel Peace Palace, Hari Shankar Road, Baglung Municipality 2 at 11 am. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.75 percent stock and 0.3027 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 1:1.1071 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of delegating authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
