On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 865.30 after adjusting 15 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 995.10 on March 19.
The company is conducting 76th annual general meeting on April 1 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 15 percent stock and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. It will also delegate authority to amend the article and memorandum of association, approve CSR expenses, and appoint an auditor.
