On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 1,347.45 after adjusting 5.75 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 1,424.93 on March 28.
The bank is conducting is 12th AGM on April 9, in Hotel Peace Palace, Hari Shanker Road, Baglung Municipality at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.0527 percent dividend including 5.75 percent stock and 0.3027 percent cash dividend for tax. Similarly, the meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 1:1.1071 percent right shares.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, elect two directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
