Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved 150 percent right shares of Ankhukhola Jalvidhyut Company (AKJCL).
The company will issue 1:1.5 right shares of its paid-up capital worth Rs 800 million.
The commission approved the right shares on June 1.
The right issue is subjected to be approved from its upcoming AGM.
Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
