Prabhu Insurance (PRIN) has announced the dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 3 decided to propose 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have declined for second day on April 23.
