The company is closing its book on March 28 for upcoming AGM, thus, the sharehodlers registered in its book till March 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) on April 7 in Park Safari Resort, Sauraha, Chitwan at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition and amend article and memorandum of association as well as appoint an auditor.
