Sagar Distillery is set to issue shares at a premium rate.
The company has called out a special general meeting (SGM) on April 27 in its registered office at 4 pm.
The meeting will approve proposals of issuing shares as well as of amending section 6 subsection 1 (b) to increase issued capital.
The gold price has made a new record in the domestic market on March 14.
