The company is auctioning 1,992,134 units of right shares to interested individuals, companies, institutions from April 22- May 6.
Interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager. The bidders can bid from Bhaktapur, Laliptur, Birtamod, Biratgnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Baglung, Beni, Butwal, Dang, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar branch of Muktinath Bikas Bank and Dolakha branch of Sindhu Bikas Bank.
