The board of directors meeting of the company held on April 15 decided to propose 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposesto its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Government, Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming AGM.
