NEPSE adjusted the stock price of SuryaJyoti Insurance at Rs 457.74 after adjusting 10.26 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 504.70 on April 18.
SuryaJyoti Life Insurance is conducting its 16th AGM in Hotel Harrison Palace, Biratnagar at 10 am. The meeting will approve a proposal of distributing 10.26 percent stock and 24.74 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Prabhu Insurance (PRIN) at Rs 737.47 after adjusting 4.75 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 772.50 on April 18.
The company is conducting its 28th annual general meeting (AGM) on May 2 in its head office, Prabhu Complex, Tinkune, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. moreover, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing right shares to meet paid-up capital of Rs 1.50 billion or delegate authority to BOD to carry out task if other options available, restructure BOD, elect three directors from both promoter and ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
