The company has proposed 11 percent stock and 0.5789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In order to approve the dividend proposal, the company has called out AGM on May 13 in Newa Bamboo Cottage, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur at 8 am.
Apart from dividend proposal, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect directors, appoint an independent director and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on May 1, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
