Sadhana and Sabaiko Laghubitta Signs Final Merger Agreement

Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SDLBSL) and Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have signed final merger agreement.

The companies signed final memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the merger on April 24.

Sadhana Laghubitta has paid-up capital of Rs 382.2 million while Sabaiko Laghubitta has paid-up capital of Rs 318.3 million. Sadhana Laghubitta is headquartered at Gorakha District, Haramtari and Sabaiko Laghubitta is heaquartered at Tanahun, Dumre.
