The company announced of issuing 15 percent right shares of current paid-up capital.
A board of directors meeting of the company held on May 22 decided to issue 100:15 right shares.
The company will issue the right shares after the right proposal get approved from Nepal Insurance Authority.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.10 billion that will reach Rs 2.41 billion after the right issue.
