The company is closing its book on May 27 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till today, May 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 7th annual general meeting (AGM) on June 10 in Amrapali Banquet Catering and Events Pvt. Ltd., Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 1.31 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, approve appointment of promoter directors, elect a director from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
