On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 448 after adjusting 25 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 560 on May 26.
The company is conducting its 7th annual general meeting (AGM) on June 10 in Amrapali Banquet Catering and Events Pvt. Ltd., Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 1.31 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, approve appointment of promoter directors, elect a director from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
