Life Insurance Corporation Calls Out AGM

Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) (LICN) has called out 22^nd AGM on June 27 in Nepal Administrative Staff College, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 11:45 AM.

The meeting will approve annual report and financial report of FY 2079/80 and appoint an auditor.

In this regard, the company will close its book on June 14, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 13 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
