The company is closing its book on June 18, however as the government has announced holiday on June 17 on the occassion of Baqr-Id (Ed- al Adha), the shareholders registered in its book till today June 16 will be eligible to attend its AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 23rd and 24th AGM on July 2 in Hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 21.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will amend its article and memorandum of association to maintain three directors from promoter and ordinary shareholders each and one independent director.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend other provision as per requirement and appoint an auditor.
