Ministry of Land Management, Co-operative and Poverty Alleviation announced the co-operative problematic on June 20.
The co-operative was announced problematic under Co-operative Act, 2074 Section 104 Sub-Section (2). After the announcement, the co-operative is administered under Problematic Co-operative Management Committee under the act, 105 so that to carry out asset management and payment of liability.
The number of problematic co-operatives has reached 21.
