Ankhukhola Hydropower has obtained approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 150 percent right shares.
The board approved the right share issuance on Wednesday, July 3.
The company sought SEBON approval to issue 12 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.20 billion.
The gold and silver price have declined for second day on March 19.
