The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial statements, annual reports of FY 2079/80 and appoint an auditor for FY 2080/81.
In this regard, the company will close its book on August 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 7 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
