The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial statements, annual reports of FY 2079/80 and appoint an auditor for FY 2080/81.
