The company issued 46,729.5450 units of shares worth Rs 4.6 million at a face value of Rs 100 per unit from July 19-23. A total of 1,564,423 application were received during the issue. Out of which 1,101 applications were cancelled while 1,563,322 applications were approved.
Out of approved applications, a total of 4,672 applicants have been provided 10 units of shares. The remaining 9.545 units were also allotted among the receivers. Among them, 9 of them were provided one unit per person while one received 0.545 units.
