The board of directors meeting of Siddhartha Capital held on August 18 decided to propose 7 percent cash dividend including tax to its mutual fund unit holders.
In this regard, the capital is closing its book on September 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 7 will be eligible to obtain the announced dividend.
Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 3 is a mutual fund under Siddhartha Mutual Fund managed by Siddhartha Capital and promoted by Siddhartha Bank.
