Barun Hydropower Calls Out AGM

Barun Hydropower (BPCL) has called out 21^th AGM on September 29 in Lord Party Venue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu at 11 am.

The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, regarding merger/acquisition, approve right shares along with others.

In this regard, the company will close its book on September 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
