Previously, the company had announced of issuing 66 percent right shares, however, before approval, the company endorsed a proposal of distributing 5.50 percent stock dividend. Therefore, the company has now decided that it will issue 62.56 percent right shares to its existing shareholders.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 1.53 billion.
The proposed right share is subjected to be approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming AGM.
