The company has announced of distributing 11 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the company has also proposed of issuing 54.5 percent right shares after distributing bonus share.
In order to endorse the proposals, the company is conducting its AGM on October 7 in Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu at 10 am.
Apart from above proposals, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
