The companies are closing their books tomorrow, September 16, for upcoming AGM and returns distribution, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till today will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Mandu Hydropower has called out 13th annual general meeting (AGM) on September 30 in Nepa Banquet, Naya Bazar, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of updating its registered office and appoint an auditor.
Similarly, RBB Mutual Fund under RBB Merchant Banking will distribute 3.81 percent returns including tax to unit holders of RBB Mutual Fund 1 and 8.74 percent returns including tax to unit holders of RBB Mutual Fund 2 (RMF2).
