The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve proposal of issuing 7 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after the bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on October 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
