The company is closing its book on September 20 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till today, September 18, (last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 23rd AGM on October 4 at Yak Palace, Pulchowk, Lalitpur at 11:30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Apart from dividend proposal, the AGM will approve a proposal of issuing FPO, amend article and memorandum of association, and delegate authority to BOD to fulfill requirements as per regulatory bodies and others.
