The bank is closing its book on October 1, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The bank is conducting 18th AGM on October 16, in Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu at 10.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to is shareholders. Similarly, it will approve proposals of issuing 9% preference share, delegate authority to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
