The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 1:1 right share to increase paid-up capital. Similarly, the meeting will approve proposal of amend article and memorandum of association and delegate authority to BOD to carryout tasks as per requirement of regulatory bodies.
In this regard, the company will close its book on October 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 17 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
