The meeting will endorse a proposal of 4 percent stock and 0.21 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, to go into foreign partnership and to amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on October 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
